What can one say about Elias Mamalakis? Everybody knows his name and his story!
After studying Economics and having worked as highly placed executive in multinational companies, around his forties, he was attracted by gastronomy. Since then, he has been introducing us to the world of tastes and knowledge writing books and articles in journals and magazines, designing food products for large companies and presenting successful radio and tv shows receiving many awards. He is also known for his social sensitivity and his volunteer work (KETHEA, WWF).
